Schwarzman Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Refunds or returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
  • Schwarzman does not offer exchanges. Customers who wish to replace an item must request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Schwarzman does not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size guides before purchasing.

2. Return Request Process

  • Customers must submit a return request through their personal account on the Website or via the shipping provider’s return link.
  • Alternatively, customers may contact info@swrzm.com to request a return.
  • If the return request is approved, the customer will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be sent to the designated return address provided upon approval. As Schwarzman operates using Printful for production and fulfillment, return addresses may vary based on the customer's location. Customers will receive the correct return address along with return instructions once their request is approved.

3. Damages & Issues

  • Customers must inspect their order upon arrival and report any issues immediately.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must contact info@swrzm.com for assistance.

4. Refund Process

  • If a return is approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary based on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and the amount has not been received, contact info@swrzm.com.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If the order is shipped to a European Union country, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
  • Items must remain unused, in their original condition, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Schwarzman does not accept returns for the following items:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
    • Custom-made or personalized items.
    • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products, hygiene items).
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

7. Order / Transaction Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of completing the purchase. Cancellation requests should be submitted through your user account on the website or by contacting customer service at support@swrzm.com.

Please note that a cancellation fee of 5% of the total transaction amount will be deducted from any refund issued. For example, if the transaction amount was 100$, the refund amount will be 95$. This fee is applied to cover administrative costs.

In the event of cancellation, the company reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the criteria above, or if the item has already been shipped or processed for shipment. All cancellations are subject to the approval of Schwarzman, and any amounts refunded will be at the sole discretion of the company.

8. Additional Terms

  • Schwarzman is not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
  • Schwarzman disclaims responsibility for lost, stolen, or partially delivered orders.
  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with their orders.
  • Schwarzman reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.
