Schwarzman Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy
1. Definitions
- "Company": Refers to Schwarzman, operated by A.Invest (Business No. 211634407), registered in Israel at Ma'ale HaGat 15, Apartment 36, Ashkelon, 7849750.
- "Customer": Any person purchasing from Schwarzman or using its services.
- "Website": The online platform available at swrzm.com.
- "Products": Clothing and related items sold through the Website.
2. General Terms
- Schwarzman operates internationally, selling clothing products globally.
- By purchasing from the Website Or visit the website, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
- Schwarzman reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- By accessing or using the Website, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms, even if they have not explicitly read them.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Refund requests must be submitted via the personal account on the Website or through the shipping provider's provided link.
- No product exchanges are offered.
- Refunds are subject to approval and exclude shipping costs.
Order / Transaction Cancellation
You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of completing the purchase. Cancellation requests should be submitted through your user account on the website or by contacting customer service at support@swrzm.com.
Please note that a cancellation fee of 5% of the total transaction amount will be deducted from any refund issued. For example, if the transaction amount was 100$, the refund amount will be 95$. This fee is applied to cover administrative costs.
In the event of cancellation, the company reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the criteria above, or if the item has already been shipped or processed for shipment. All cancellations are subject to the approval of Schwarzman, and any amounts refunded will be at the sole discretion of the company.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery times vary by location and logistics provider.
- Schwarzman is not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, force majeure, or incorrect address input by the Customer.
- If an order is lost, stolen, or partially delivered, Schwarzman is not responsible for compensation.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the Customer's responsibility.
- Schwarzman does not guarantee that all products displayed on the Website will always be available in stock.
5. Intellectual Property & Copyright
- All Website content, including images, logos, and designs, is owned by Schwarzman and protected by intellectual property laws.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Fraud Prevention & Account Restrictions
- Schwarzman reserves the right to block or restrict customers suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, impersonation, or chargeback abuse.
- Schwarzman reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse of the Website, including abusive behavior towards customer service representatives.
- Schwarzman has the right to remove reviews, comments, or any content deemed inappropriate, misleading, or defamatory.
7. Customer Service
- Customer service is available Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 - 17:00 (Israel time).
8. Limitation of Liability
- Schwarzman is not liable for damages resulting from natural disasters, supernatural events, wars, or other force majeure events.
- Schwarzman does not cover customs duties, VAT, or other related fees; the Customer is responsible for all import-related costs.
- Schwarzman disclaims liability for incorrect pricing or typographical errors (T.L.H. - Errors & Omissions Excepted).
- Schwarzman is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, delays in orders, customs issues, or disruptions due to third-party services.
- All products are sold on an "AS-IS" basis, with no guarantees regarding suitability for specific customer needs.
- Schwarzman is not responsible for discrepancies between product images and actual items due to variations in display settings, lighting, or production.
- The company is not liable for financial losses due to order cancellations, delays, or other logistical issues.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- All legal disputes shall be resolved under the laws of Israel.
- The Ashkelon Magistrate's Court has exclusive jurisdiction over any legal claims.
- Claims against Schwarzman must be submitted within 6 months of the incident, or they will be considered void.
- Customers agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through customer service before pursuing legal action.
