  • Estimated delivery times vary by location and logistics provider.
  • Schwarzman is not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, force majeure, or incorrect address input by the Customer.
  • If an order is lost, stolen, or partially delivered, Schwarzman is not responsible for compensation.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the Customer's responsibility.
  • Schwarzman does not guarantee that all products displayed on the Website will always be available in stock.
Return Shipping Costs for Voluntary Returns

For your convenience, a prepaid return shipping label may be included in your package.
Please note: If you choose to return your order for personal reasons (such as a change of mind, dislike of the item, wrong size, etc.), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise stated.

This applies even if a return label was provided in your original shipment.

However, if the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
