How to Request Returns and Refunds

Submitting a request for a return or refund is simple and straightforward. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log into Your Account:

    • If you created an account during registration or at the time of purchase, simply log in using your credentials.
    • If you did not create an account or make a purchase, no worries! You can still access your personal area.
  2. Access Your Personal Area:

    • Enter your email address in the login field.
    • Our system will automatically send you a 6-digit verification code.
    • Enter the code to verify your email, and you'll be redirected to your personal area.
  3. Select Your Order or Product:

    • Once in your personal area, you’ll see a list of your orders and products.
    • Choose the product or order for which you’d like to request a return or refund.
  4. Submit Your Request:

    • Fill out the necessary details for your return or refund request.
    • Once submitted, your request will be sent to us for review.
  5. Review Process:

    • We will carefully review your request and notify you of our decision as soon as possible.
    • Requests can either be approved or declined based on our return and refund policy.
